MUTUAL FUND SAHI HAI!

What is Mutual Fund?

A Mutual Fund is a pool of money provided by individual investors, companies, and other organizations, and is one of the easiest and least stressful ways to invest in the market.

Mutual Funds are divided into several kinds of categories, representing the kinds of securities they have targeted for their portfolios and the type of returns they seek. There is a fund for nearly every type of investor or investment approach. Other common types of Mutual Funds include money market funds, sector funds, alternative funds, target-date funds, and even funds of funds, or Mutual Funds that buy shares of other Mutual Funds.

The small investors who generally lack expertise to invest on their own in the securities market have reinforced the saying “Put not your trust in money, put your money in trust.”

Mutual Funds are to my mind, an ocean of investment opportunities. one can buy different schemes according to the specific combination of risk, returns, liquidity and taxation one is looking for, unlike the limited choice for each alternative financial product.

The slogan “Mutual Fund Sahi Hai” is correct, but the doubt is because of a misunderstanding, that all Mutual Funds invest only in shares. However, all Mutual Funds do not invest in shares. They also invest in debt products. gold, commodities, etc.

In other words, except for term insurance, Mutual Funds can compete well with all other financial products. So I feel that Mutual Funds sahi hai”.
